Shampoo

Apply and Massage

Apply the shampoo to your scalp, not your ends, and gently massage it in using your fingertips. Focus on cleansing the scalp, where oil and product buildup accumulate.

Let It Sit

Let the shampoo sit for two to four minutes to let the natural ingredients work their magic.

Shampoo needs to sit on the scalp for the following conditions you selected:

• Thinning Hair
• Dry Scalp
• Oily Scalp
• Combination Scalp
• Dandruff or Flaky Scalp

Rinse the shampoo out with lukewarm water to maintain your hair’s moisture balance. If your hair needs it, use a second light shampoo to remove all impurities.

Use lukewarm water to rinse the shampoo out thoroughly. Avoid using overly hot water, as it can dry out your scalp and hair.

For Low Porosity Hair

Use warmer water to help the hair follicles open up, making it easier to absorb the conditioner in the next step.

Conditioner

Apply a natural conditioner from the mid-lengths to the ends, avoiding the scalp. Also apply to the top of your head on the hair just away from your scalp. A lot of people struggle with frizziness and dryness in this area on top of the head.

Once applied, gently work the conditioner through your hair with a comb or a wet brush, ensuring even distribution.

When rinsing, use cool water to help seal the cuticles, lock in moisture, and enhance shine.

Low Porosity Hair

• After applying, but before rinsing, use a warm towel and wrap it around your head to help the conditioner penetrate the hair strands.
• Keep conditioner application lighter
• Use a slightly shorter conditioning time (3–4 minutes)

Medium Porosity Hair

• Standard conditioning time (5 minutes)

High Porosity Hair

• Leave conditioner 5–7 minutes
